Every piece is handmade to order in the studio. We do not keep ready stock: after payment your wrist size and stone selection go to the bench, and the piece is strung, inspected and packed by hand.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The order page shows the estimated dispatch date for your order.
Delivery is free
Worldwide shipping is free and includes tracking. We never add a shipping charge at checkout, and the gift box and certificate travel with every piece.
Regions we do not serve
Some regions are not served. Checkout refuses addresses in countries we cannot deliver to reliably; the list is maintained in the studio and includes destinations under trade restrictions. If checkout refuses your country, email support and we will tell you whether a forwarding address is a workable option.
Tracking
When your piece leaves the studio we email the carrier and the tracking number. Tracking can take a day to update. If a parcel looks lost, contact support and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Taxes and customs
The price you see includes the taxes we are required to collect, and checkout never adds VAT or sales tax. Import duty is different: your destination country's customs may charge duty on delivery. That is a charge from your government, not a tax we collect, and it is separate from the price.
