How do I choose a wrist size?
Measure your wrist snugly in centimetres. The atelier starts at your saved size and tells you how many beads are still needed.
What are the stones?
Each stone is natural and hand-selected. Colour and pattern vary from piece to piece; that is part of the material.
How do I care for it?
Keep it away from perfume, chlorine and prolonged water. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store it in the pouch.
Can I repair or resize it?
Yes. Open a shipped or delivered order in your account and request a repair or resize. Custom and handmade pieces are final sale; this is not a return.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom and handmade pieces are made for you and are final sale. If something arrives damaged or has a quality problem, contact us within 48 hours and we will repair, remake or replace the part.
