By placing an order you confirm that the shipping details and wrist size you entered are correct, and that you can receive the parcel at that address.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the taxes we are required to collect; checkout never adds VAT or sales tax. Every line is re-checked at checkout; if a price has changed, the order is not placed until you confirm the new total. Import duty charged by your destination's customs on delivery is different: it is not a tax we collect, and the buyer pays it to their government.
Made to order
Every piece is made to order. The returns policy is part of these terms: custom and handmade pieces are not accepted for return, and quality problems are handled through support within 48 hours of delivery.
When we may cancel
We may refuse or cancel an order when a stone is out of stock, when an address is in a region we cannot serve, or when a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order, any payment received is refunded in full.
